Quality Inn and Suites Seabrook - NASA - Kemah

The hotel was in a great location for what we wanted to do. It was very clean. The breakfast was very good with hot & cold options. It was too chilly to swim, but the pool area looked clean & inviting. The room was large and the king bed was comfy. It had a fridge & microwave. The bathroom had plenty of towels, and supplied basic toiletries. But what makes this hotel really wonderful is the staff. Every person we spoke with with was friendly, helpful, and warm. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. They offered coupons to local restaurants and attractions. They obviously take pride in their work and the hotel. They excel at customer service.

We stayed there after Hurricane Beryl and the electricity was out. Since we were desperate for a place to stay, they made sure that we had one of the very few rooms that did have a cold A/C and water. Although the electricity came back on shortly after we got there, their electronic key thingy wasn't working correctly. They had to run and unlock every single door whenever someone needed to get into their room. We were there on vacation, so we were in and out of our room all day and night for 3 days. Not one time did we have to wait. Each time someone had to run and unlock our door, they had a smile on their face and was extremely friendly. Kudos 👏 to all of the employees at this hotel. We were treated like family from everyone.

Fantastic hotel very close to the NASA Space Center, well looked after with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and an excellent quality breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Although we didn't have the chance to use the pool, we could see that it was beautifully maintained and inviting. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location was ideal for our visit to the Space Center, and we appreciated the convenience of being just a short drive away from the main attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the NASA Space Center or simply looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the area. We were so pleased with our stay at this Quality Inn near the NASA Space Center that we decided to choose another Quality Inn for our next destination.

Fantastic location to the space centre, the rooms were clean, the showers were hot. The pool was so lovely and my kids enjoyed a swim. We did have a quiet room and the people next door to us were incredibly noisy but obviously not the hotel’s fault. The top part of our trip were the staff. So kind and thoughtful with tips for our stay and where to go. Breakfast was great - everything we could want/need with staff making sure everything was ok. We would absolutely stay again.

Location was amazing go to cargo 295 the yard as boat was damaged in the storm also Kemah amazing bars and restaurants Breakfast was the best we had at any hotel on our 16 day vacation and a shout out to Dave who gave loads of recommendations in the area and for our onward destinations everywhere was clean outside the lobby breakfast room and bedroom and bathroom pool looked good but not enough time to actually go in would 109% return
